North Redington Beach

North Redington Beach is in the heart of the string of popular Tampa area SunCoast beaches that extend from Clearwater south to St. Pete Beach. It isn’t flashy, but it has great location and some wonderful, affordable places to stay. The beaches here are wide, and the sand is firm but soft on the feet. Great for sandcastles too. You might want to consider the Doubletree Beach Resort, which has a fantastic location right on the beach, a nice – though somewhat small – pool with perfect 80 degree water, a tiki bar, and outdoor cafe eating. If you stay there, be sure to pay a few extra bucks for a balcony on the beach side. These balconies offer great  views of the beaches to the north and south. You want to be at least four stories high for the best views. You can get a good feel for the North Redington Beach-Redington Shores area by perusing the photo gallery on this page.
